Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Cost

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, on every order, with no minimum. Any charge that applies to an address outside the United Kingdom is shown at checkout before you pay.

Carrier and tracking

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.

How long it takes

Orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days. Delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes a further three to five working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees: Royal Mail can be slower in the run-up to Christmas and in bad weather.

If something goes wrong

If the tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email support@walterflatcaps.com with your order number and we will sort it out. A lost or damaged parcel is replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could take delivery, we will contact you to arrange a resend or a refund.
