Track your order

Every order is sent with Royal Mail, tracked, and delivery within the United Kingdom is free.

You will have the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Orders are packed in 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days after that.

If the tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel has not arrived, write to support@walterflatcaps.com with your order number. A person reads it and answers within one working day.
